Yes they are! We will never make use of harsh synthetic chemicals and controversial ingredients for any of our products. Our products are absolutely free from sulphates, parabens, artificial fragrances, SLS and silicones. We have deliberately and purposefully chosen ingredients that benefit to you, selecting natural ingredients which will leave your hair smelling, feeling and looking good! We will not waste time with ingredients that do not bring any benefits to you: all of our raw materials are active ingredients!

Yes! All our products are cruelty-free and absolutely vegan.

In our production processes, we have taken into account the fact that some people could be allergic to certain ingredients, as such we have made sure as much as possible to use ingredients and processes that do not give allergies to most people. This makes our products largely allergy-free.

We formulate and manufacture our own products. We have a product manufacturing process established in Accra the capital of Ghana. We also partner smallholder shea farmers in northern Ghana to extract and do the prelimanry processing of our shea butter ingredient. This means that all of our products are made in batches from an approved premises. We produce our goods in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice standards.

No! We are very particular about not using DMDM hydantoin, PEGs, silicones, mineral oil, sodium polyacrylate, SLS, SLES, DEA, phthalate, parabens, lanolin, artificial fragrances, fillers or any other harsh chemicals in our hair products.

As a growing business we are currently limited in our ability to absorb postage and packaging costs. We do try to reduce cost as much as possible by partnering primarily with affordable yet efficient postal service providers worldwide to reduce the cost of shipping for you.

All orders are normally dispatched using partner postal service providers, and are sent within three working days after receipt of payment.

We’re unable to make amends to your order once it’s been processed. If you would like to amend or cancel your order, please contact us via within three hours of placing it. However, if your order has already been shipped, we would unfortunately be unable to cancel it.
